The Master of Medicine (Radiology) comprises two core subjects which students are required to enrol in as follows:
- RADI90004 in the first four semesters of the course
- RADI90003 in the final two semesters of the course
In order to obtain the Master of Medicine (Radiology), candidates will have to complete a minor thesis of 10,000 to 15,000 words.
Students will attend half day per week week Radiodiagnosis and Pathology lecture and tutorial program held at the Department of Radiology, University of Melbourne, Royal Melbourne Hospital. The lecture and tutorial program will cover radiodiagnosis, pathology and anatomy of the body’s systems, including radiography, angiography, ultrasound, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging and nuclear medicine.
